Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting project managers, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from initiation to completion. This individual will handle administrative tasks, monitor project schedules, and facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Qualifications:
+ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
+ Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role, with experience in project coordination or administrative support.
+ Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Trello), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
+ Soft Skills: strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
