  • Plan and coordinate the activities and efforts of IPTs (weekly) consisting of engineering, logistics, contracting, financial and support personnel in project execution.
  • Develop metrics to track achievement of project goals in conjunction with the government team.
  • Participate in project meetings, conferences, reviews and test and integration events (weekly) in collaboration with the government team.
  • Monitor performance, evaluate performance against goals, and make recommendations to the government team regarding issues affecting project execution consistent with project cost, schedule and performance and contract requirements.
  • Recommend ways to control and improve developer/prime contractor performance and maximize program technical, schedule and cost performance during contract execution to the Government team. (weekly).
  • Utilize Microsoft Project to facilitate/execute Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) development with program stakeholders in accordance with applicable policy and regulations.
  • Will attend weekly meetings (some daily) in order to keep current on schedule changes or updates as required.
  • Organize sponsored and endorsed meetings, shows and exhibits by developing presentations and attending and reporting on selected briefings and demonstrations of organizational interest.
  • Establish processes and procedures to facilitate program management and administration.
Required Skills:
  • Ability to organize and plan requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Technical Writing Skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Project
  • Knowledge of DoD Acquisition Process and Procedures
  • Knowledge and Skills of management concepts, principles, methods, practices, analytical analysis, and processes.
  • Knowledge of the full range of principles, concepts, and methodology associated with project management to i include planning and completing assigned workload Knowledge of program planning and budgeting cycles.
  • Ability to execute projects and/or studies within established financial and time constraints.
  • Ability to interpret and apply rules, regulations, and procedures
  • Ability to integrate information Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 10+ years of experience
  • Secret Clearance
  • Army Medical Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience supporting DoD acquisition programs
This is a full-time position paying a base salary of $70,000, with full benefits, and has possible bonus potential based on merit and performance.
