You will be responsible for managing projects related to the mailing of printed materials, ensuring that they are accurately processed, organized, and delivered to meet clients' expectations and deadlines. Your role will encompass project planning, coordination, communication, and quality assurance.Responsibilities:Project Planning:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Project Coordination:
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute mailing projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure targets are met.
- Maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the accuracy of mailing lists, printed materials, and postage.
- Conduct regular quality checks and address any issues that may arise during the mailing process.
Budget Management:
- Monitor project budgets and control expenses to achieve cost-efficiency.
- Monitor and manage postage invoicing, payments, and account reconciliation
Compliance:
- Ensure that all mailing projects comply with postal regulations and industry standards.
- Stay informed about changes in mailing regulations and adjust processes as necessary.
Client Engagement:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.
Problem Solving:
- Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the mailing process.
- Implement effective solutions to ensure project success.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the mailing or printing industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications as well as data handling and governance.
- Knowledge of mailing regulations and postal services is a plus.
