Position SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and organized Project Coordinator for our PowerFLX department. This dualrole position will involve coordinating HR onboarding processes for new hires and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of PowerFLX projects and activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
Position Responsibilities:Project Management: - Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects within the PowerFLX department.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with departmental goals.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to the PowerFLX team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing departmental events.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Provide organizational and logistical support to the PowerFLX team by preparing documents and statistics, organizing and following up of meetings and conferences including coordinating relevant documents, and making travel arrangements
HR Onboarding Coordination: - Manage the onboarding process for new employees within the PowerFLX department, ensuring seamless integration.
- Develop onboarding materials, schedules, and checklists in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with department functions, policies, and culture
Stakeholder Engagement: - Serve as a point of contact for new hires and team members, addressing inquiries and providing support.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and resource sharing.
Continuous Improvement: - Collect feedback from new hires and team members to enhance the onboarding experience and improve administrative processes.
- Stay informed about best practices in HR onboarding and project management to implement effective strategies.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in HR onboarding, project coordination, or administrative support is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Additional hours may be required during peak hiring time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with HR policies and procedures is a plus.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus
- Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check
