Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic interior design firm. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our project management process, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and efficient organization across all project stages. You'll collaborate closely with designers, clients, vendors, and contractors to bring creative visions to life.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain internal project timelines, schedules, and track deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
- Create and manage project schedules, budgets, and milestones while ensuring clear communication with all involved parties.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients and team members, managing expectations and integrating feedback.
- Design and implement efficient workflows, coordinate resources, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Serve as the internal contact for inquiries, updates, and progress reports while fostering team collaboration.
- Monitor progress, flag potential delays, and ensure all deliverables meet internal standards before implementation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, ideally within a creative industry.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Asana) and Google workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate documentation and ensure deadlines are met.
- Collaborative team player, skilled at coordinating efforts across multidisciplinary teams.
- Adaptable and thrives in dynamic environments, adjusting strategies as needed.
