4. Concept Development & Iteration
- Explore innovative design concepts by leveraging computational design techniques and digital prototyping.
- Develop data-driven design iterations that maximize efficiency and creativity.
5. Sustainable Design Strategies
- Incorporate sustainability principles into design processes, utilizing data and technology to minimize environmental impact.
- Evaluate the feasibility of integrating certifications like LEED, WELL, or Passive House (PHIUS) into projects.
6. Process Optimization

Who You Are

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in architecture, design, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design or related roles, with a focus on technology and innovation.
- Expertise in tools like Revit, Enscape, Dynamo, Grasshopper, or other computational design platforms.
- Knowledge of AI applications in design, such as machine learning models for concept generation and data analysis.
- Familiarity with sustainable design frameworks and certifications (LEED, WELL, PHIUS, etc.).
