Project Directors

We are looking for experienced Project Directors to join our team and lead projects from FEED through successful EPC execution in South America. If you are ready to collaborate with our current employees and drive project success, we want to hear from you!

These positions offer the potential for project management bonuses and require experience with capture management, major projects, fluent English/Spanish is highly desirable, and 20+ years of relevant experience with significant project management experience in EPC/EPCM.

General Purpose of Role

Provides direction and project management to ensure on-schedule completion within or below budget and in accordance with contractual obligations. Plans and defines program goals and devises methods to accomplish them; develops in-depth knowledge of customer objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies.

Decision Making

Makes independent decisions and recommendations in the course of managing multiple functional disciplines, one larger functional discipline, or a significant size project. Develops and oversees implementation of strategic programs and policies for their groups, which may impact the region, location, or large project.

Supervision Received

Operates with broad management authority, receiving minimal technical guidance and control. Work is reviewed to ensure project direction meets client standards.

Supervision Authority

Has direct and indirect reports and has authority for performance evaluations impacting pay. Makes decisions as to the selection, training, discipline, and remuneration of staff.

Communication

Effectively communicate and present complex proposals and reports to senior-level management. Ability to persuade and influence others.

Systems, Processes & Tools

Expert understanding of broader systems, processes, and tools related to the field. May be involved in the development of new systems, processes, and tools.

Minimum Requirements

Engineering degree or technical equivalent in a related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience, 20+ years of relevant experience with significant project management experience, major projects, fluent English/Spanish is highly desirable.
