Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall direction, completion, and financial outcomes of multiple complex construction-management projects.
  • Enforce project reporting requirements and manage critical issues.
  • Assume overall accountability for jobsite safety and quality.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams by attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
  • Mentor Project Executives and provide feedback and guidance to help others excel.
  • Leverage business insights and industry trends to make critical decisions and create competitive advantages.
  • Deploy a strategic mindset to address long-term opportunities and risks.
  • Direct and supervise project administration, superintendents, and engineers, establishing operational priorities and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Determine priorities, delegate work, and communicate progress effectively.
  • Protect and promote the interests of both the company and the client while demonstrating leadership qualities.
  • Represent the company at job sites and offices through travel, meetings, and conferences.

Qualifications

  • BS OR MS degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • 10-15 years in the lead role on projects valued at $150 million or larger with extensive experience with Mission Critical or Data Center projects
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong technical and communication skills are critical
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Leadership and management skills
