W0384 - Project Director - School of Graduate Studies and Research Job no: 5028493 Work type: Temporary Location: Norfolk, Virginia Categories: Applied Sciences and Natural Resources Title: W0384 - Project Director - School of Graduate Studies and Research State Role Title: Project Director - School of Graduate Studies and Research Hiring Range: Up to $40,000.00 Pay Band: UG Agency: Norfolk State University Location: Norfolk State University Agency Website: www.nsu.edu Recruitment Type: General Public - G Job Duties Job Description: This position will assist the Activity Director in the day-to-day activities of the Title III initiative to support graduate students enrolled in MS and PHD programs in science, engineering, and technology by: •Maintaining budget balances •Keeping written documentation of expenditures •Researching vendors •Inputting Data •Following up on all Title III requirements to ensure payments are satisfied according to the University's Accounts Payable policy and Title III regulations. •Gathering data to complete Title III internal reports/documents (time and effort reports, budget justifications, and quarterly reports). This position also involves working with the Graduate Enrollment Specialist and Financial Specialist and conducting other duties as assigned.
