This full-time administrative professional is primarily responsible for managing educational programming and services to at least 60 low-income, first-generation potential college students from 8 target schools located within Adams, Brown, Lawrence, and Pike counties in Ohio and Greenup County in Kentucky; and also manages and develops a six-week residential summer program.You application will need to include:

Principal Duties and Responsibilities FUNCTIONS
Grant ManagementProgram Leadership and DevelopmentStudent Support PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Grant Management - Writes and develops Upward Bound Math Science Grant Proposal for grant rewrite.
- Develops and maintains Upward Bound Math Science Plan of Operations.
- Prepares U.S. Department of Education Annual Performance Report. Analyzes evaluations, statistical information, and final budget figures.
Program Leadership and Development - Supervises all aspects of academic year and summer program services.
- Hires, trains, and supervises up to 20 employees during summer program and academic year. Develops recruitment plan and materials and conducts recruitment at target schools.
Student Support - Administers regular contact with In-school Coordinators and secondary school officials on behalf of project participants. Serves as a student advocate for project participants in regards to target schools and colleges.
- Administers college preparatory, career, and college admission counseling to project participants.
