This position will be responsible for compiling contract data for North American project sites for auditing. As a contract specialist you will analyze contracts, input wind turbine data into GE applications, help drive cost savings solutions by optimizing strategies at an operational level. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Collaborating with the Operations teams and supporting enabling function to maximize financial and operational performance of a project - Update and maintain all systems of record with accurate, timely information - Perform research on contract to extract required information to input in excel spread sheet - Maintains database by entering new and updated contract data - Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information - Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution - Maintains GE Vernovas confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential - ...Specialist, Project, Operations, Business Services, Staffing, Skills
