If you are a Project Engineer with Land Development/Civil Engineering Experience, please read on!Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The Project Engineer will be responsible for designing and managing a wide range of land development projects with a focus on residential subdivisions. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage all aspects of land development projects, including roads, infrastructure, water distribution, and sanitary sewer systems
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements
- Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
- Prepare project reports, specifications, and cost estimates
- Use AutoCAD, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS to create engineering designs and models
- Perform site inspections and provide technical support during construction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) License Required
- Minimum of 5 years of Experience in Land Development Projects, with a focus on Residential Subdivisions
- Strong Knowledge of Infrastructure Design, including Roads, Water Distribution Systems, and Sanitary Sewer Design
- Experience in stormwater management and understanding of HEC-HMS and HEC-RAS
