Job DescriptionPrimary PurposeFacilitate, Engineer, Design and perform project management tasks for assigned projects. Provide support to other sectors of the business.Major Duties & Responsibilities

  • Works with internal customersand third parties (architects, engineers, construction) to facilitate engineering and design and develops clear project scopes. Provides mentorship to Project Engineer I.
  • Develops a project scope with the Project team based on internal customer needs. Researches, evaluates, engineers and designs. Manages projects through completion.
  • Manages and directs construction, renovation and/or project activities to achieve stated objective on time and on budget.
  • Directs and enforces safety policies and standards for projects.
  • Manages quality outcome of assigned projects - on time and on budget. Provides periodic reporting as directed.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Agricultural).
    • 3-5 years' relevant experience.
    • AutoCAD skills & collaborating skills.
    • Strong teamwork skills & problem-solving skills.
    • Project administration.
    • Internal resource coordination.
    • Experience with using Microsoft Project.
