Roles and Responsibilities:MAIN FUNCTIONS Performs engineering designevaluations and works to complete projects withinbudget and scheduling restraints. Reviews industrypolicies and procedures to ensure data accuracy,security, and regulatory compliance. Reviews reportsof production, malfunction, and maintenance todetermine or address problems. Provides technicalsupport for the engineering process. Relies oninstructions and pre-established guidelines to performthe functions of the job. Works under immediatesupervision. Primary job functions do not typicallyrequire exercising independent judgment. Back upresponsibilities for the Project Manager as requiredTASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Participatesin Invitation to Tender (ITT) development, bidevaluation and contractor selection Participates inidentification & sourcing long lead equipment,assuring Front End Engineering Design (FEED)contractor support until equipment is assigned to thecontractor Coordinates development of EMCAPS(ExxonMobil Capital Project Management System)Gate 3 deliverables Coordinates development ofFunctional Interaction Plan Coordinates projectissues resolution process Coordinates changerequests & endorses change authorizationResponsible for the completion of the assigned workscope consistent with the Project ObjectivesEngages Project Team and functional resources toverify that the design & construction is consistentwith project specifications & standards Serves asinterface between Project Team & ContractorEnsures smooth transitions between project stagesLeads Project Management Team (PMT) in applyingProject Management SystemsQualifications and Education Requirements:Standard Schedule - 5 days on / 2 days offSKILLS ANDQUALIFICATIONS BS degree in engineeringfield Experience in multiple assignments inengineering, construction, and project managementand controls activities Broad range of experienceand skills through multiple function & projectassignments (Multi-discipline skill set) Broadknowledge of design standards, specifications &work processes Strong leadership, influencing &interpersonal skills Strong organizational,coordination, planning & interface skills Ability toadapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads & frequentchanges in priorities Excellent communication skills& ability to read, write & speak fluent EnglishProficient in MS Office suite of software programsFor more information, please email us at ...@cenergyintl.ComPay Range:The pay range for this position is $90.00-100.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
