  • Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Prepare, review, and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
  • Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
  • Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to the site.
  • Prepare and maintain project reports, logs, and records.
  • Support the project team in managing change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment on-site.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in construction project management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • OSHA 10 certification is preferred; additional certifications are a plus.
