About Our ClientOur client is a reputable General Contractor based in the White Plains, NY area, specializing in delivering high-quality construction projects across various sectors. Their team is dedicated to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction.
Job Description- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects from start to finish.
- Prepare, review, and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep the project on track.
- Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery to the site.
- Prepare and maintain project reports, logs, and records.
- Support the project team in managing change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment on-site.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in construction project management or a related role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and project management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- OSHA 10 certification is preferred; additional certifications are a plus.
