Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

Job Details
Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify scope of work, specifications, and potential risks.
- Coordinate subcontractors and trade superintendents effectively.
- Review takeoffs, general conditions, and additional requirements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, design teams, contractors, suppliers, and user groups in alignment with company values.
- Participate in project meetings and facilitate trade coordination.
- Develop project critical path schedules and assist in long-term projections.
- Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) and document scope changes.
- Represent the company in meetings with owners and subcontractors.
- Gather pricing information and estimate change order items.
- Support the development of owner pay applications.
- Ensure subcontractor compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct thorough reviews of work for accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate on project as-builts and other documentation.
- Manage subcontract change orders, including negotiation and approvals.
- Oversee project close-out activities, including warranties, final payments, and records retention.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in project management software, particularly Procore.
- Strong understanding of MS Office Suite.
- Meticulous attention to detail with an analytical approach to estimating.
- Understanding of how estimating functions support construction operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Previous field experience in construction industry or skilled trades.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
