Product Design and Innovation: Be instrumental in ensuring products maintain the high standards of quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness expected by clients. Collaborate closely with our team of craftsmen and other departments to innovate and enhance our product offerings, meeting the evolving needs of our customers in various industrial and agricultural sectors. Develop new product designs and enhancements for existing products, focusing on vacuum pumps, compressors, dairy equipment, aeration systems, and other related products. Create and/or verify detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation to support manufacturing processes. Leverage innovative design principles to improve product durability, modularity, and ease of maintenance, aligning with Westmoors commitment to built-in dependability.
