Job Description:
Our client is looking for energized individuals who would like to work on our Maintenance Team as a Maintenance Supervisor! The primary responsibilities of the position of the Project Engineer include but not limited to the following:- Work with the Maintenance Manager to facilitate a teamwork environment throughout the department for the completion of tasks and projects.- Maintains the company's library of blueprints- Interacts with regulatory agencies such as the local fire department and EPA as needed- Create work orders in Maintenance Program CMMS-MP2 for projects.- Responsible for maintaining a Preventive Maintenance Program CMMS -MP2- Schedules are issued on specific and/or regulated intervals. Work orders should be updated and printed and will be assigned by Maintenance Supervisors. Once the PM is completed it will be closed out in the CMMS. If required, create separate work orders will be generated for any repairs that are noted during the PM. The work order shall contain a list of the parts that are required to complete necessary repairs.- Keeps in compliance and abreast of all government regulations.- Communicate with and supervise all outside contractors. Represents the company's position and interest in dealing with outside contractors and vendors.- Working knowledge of GMP's and HACCP.- Maintain and update all company drawings such as the fire evacuation plan and others.- Maintain up to date records for all insurance companies and state, federal and agencies.- Oversees the coordination of building space allocation for and layouts, communication services and facility expansion.- Develop budgets for facility modifications and projects.- Responsible for following all Lock-Out/Tag Out procedures for the machine when necessary.- Complete a Food Safety Incident Report if an incident occurs- Complete an Incident Report if there are any injuries.- Participates in a Food Safety committee that ensures food safety, quality and legality objectives are established, documented, monitored and reviewed. Also ensures that the programs and policies are followed throughout the facility.- Participates and assists in all audits when requested.- Follow and enforce all company GMP procedures. Document any violations.- Help coordinate schedule with production to ensure equipment is available for PMs and scheduled tasks- Coordinate all Environmental activities when necessary.- Back up will be the Maintenance Manager.- Perform all special requests by the Maintenance Manager.Location: Vineland, NJ (40 mins South of Philly metro area) Compensation: $65 - $90k base salary + full benefits + relocation potential (on a case by case basis) Working hours: Day shift position
