They have been in business over 20 years and are growing consistently year over year. This growth is what is leading them to need to add another experienced Project Engineer with an electrical engineering background to their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and developing electrical systems and components. This role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects as well and drive innovation and competition of their product offerings into the future. Project Engineer Experience:
- At least an Associates degree in related field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing and programming electrical systems.
- Proficiency in using CAD software, PLC programming, and other engineering tools.
- Project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Project Engineer Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components.
- Create and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in equipment and processes.
- Ensure all designs and projects comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to develop layout drawings, and, if required, detailed fabrication drawings for new designs and changes to existing designs.
