- A PhD or Master's degree a plus
- Bachelors in Chemical/Environmental Engineering or similar engineering degree
- At least 8 years in the industry
- Work on Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) projects is a plus
- A Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) credential
