Would you like to be the person taking projects from start to finish? If so, please read on because my client is looking for a Project Engineer!They are a stable and well-established company that continues to grow and stay ahead of the curve with state-of-the-art equipment and technology!

I have two opportunities available with a growing company who continues to expand their facilities and plants while bringing in new product! New growth is expanding the Engineering Department so we are looking for both senior (10-20 years experience) AND mid-level (4-9 years experience) talent.

We are looking for your skills and experience as a Project Engineer/Manager, Manufacturing Engineer and/or Project Manager along with experience from the paper industry, converting, laminating and coating, plastic processing or high-volume manufacturing.

As the Project Manager you will provide engineering support and or leadership for projects: capital, process & product development, and research & development in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role is in the Bucks County area.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Project engineering/management including developing scope of work, engineering drawings, technical specifications, schedule and job costing
• Research alternatives and recommend optimal solutions to assigned projects
• Manage equipment suppliers, internal resources and outside vendors and contractors to meet project goals
• Bring in new equipment for new products.Projects are diverse and will vary in size.
• Perform high level troubleshooting to optimize efficiency, safety, quality and downtime
• Train and instruct maintenance, production and quality personnel

Required knowledge and Experience:

• BS or BE in Engineering required.
• Proficient in CAD: AutoCAD or SolidWorks
