Job DescriptionWe are Lockheed MartinYou will be the Project Engineer for the Digital Systems Integration Team. Our team is responsible for driving the execution of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics initiatives to modernize and improve development practices and position F-35 for the future. Our team plays a crucial role in ensuring that improvement initiatives are seamlessly integrated into agile planning processes, facilitating the adoption of new tools and best practices across the organization.What You Will Be DoingAs a Project Engineer, you will drive the integration of Lockheed Martin Aeronautics initiatives to modernize Development practices, focusing on Software Pipelines, Virtualization & Autotest, Cloud Adoption, Reuse, and Automation. You'll ensure these improvements are seamlessly integrated into agile processes, supporting F-35 and 5th Generation Fighter Platforms.Key Responsibilities:•Integrate High-Level Initiatives: Lead integration of LM Aero and F-35 initiatives, aligning technical projects with program goals. This position is in Fort Worth, TX Discover Fort Worth.You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Basic Qualifications•Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or STEM related discipline•Experience with Project Management, Project Engineering, and/or Systems Engineering.•Experience developing and managing large data sets.Desired skills•Experience with Supplier Management and Coordination•Experience with developing and maintaining cross-functional schedules for projects or activities•Experience working with cross-functional groups and customer stakeholders.•Experience leading multi-disciplined engineering teams.•Demonstrated experience in balancing multiple priorities and initiatives and ensuring all assigned work is completed•Demonstrated ability to take initiative to solve problems and issues as they arise to facilitate project completion including creation of new technologies or tools•Demonstrated ability to advocate for initiatives and show ROI on internal and external initiatives•Comfortable adapting to changing requirements and dynamic project environments•Self-starter with ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.•CAM Certification•Experience working with proposals, contracts, and bases of estimates (BOE).•Experience with data analytics and visualization.EEOLockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.Work Schedule InformationLockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.National Pay StatementPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $82,200 - $157,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
