      • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

      • Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, manage budgets, and ensure financial accountability.
      • Quality Control: Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.

        • Proven experience in a construction executive role, with a focus on Multi-Family and Retail projects.
        • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.Skills:

          • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
