Job Description:

Description

  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordination and Communication: Collaborate with architects, engineers, school officials, and subcontractors to ensure alignment and clarity throughout the project.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures, manage budgets, and ensure financial accountability.
  • Quality Control: Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Problem-Solving: Address any issues or challenges that arise during construction, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Progress Tracking: Regularly assess project progress and provide updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor project managers, site supervisors, and other key personnel, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear communication across all teams involved in the project.

Profile

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a construction project executive role, particularly in Multi-Family or Retail projects.
  • Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively coordinate project teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools for planning, tracking, and reporting.
