Title: Project Executive (Commercial Construction Contractor)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement project strategies and plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage project teams and facilitate communication.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project managers.
- Resolve project issues and conflicts effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience in commercial construction project management.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
