About the Role: On behalf of our esteemed client, a leading general contractor, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Executive to oversee a landmark $1.2 billion data center project in Chicago. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a high-profile project and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project team, including project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure success.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports to senior management.
- Oversee all phases of construction from pre-construction to project closeout.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of project management experience, particularly with large-scale construction projects.
- Proven experience managing at least $250 million worth of hyperscale data center construction projects.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for the project.
- Proven track record of managing budgets, schedules, and project teams effectively.
- Experience with data center construction is highly desirable.
