Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Executive to join our clients team in Tampa. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing education and healthcare construction projects, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on education and healthcare projects.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with budgets.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
