ARCO/Murray National is currently looking for a highly motivated construction Project Executive with 10-15 years of experience leading design/build Healthcare construction projects to join our leadership team. The Project Executive will manage and oversee a team of Project Managers, and related support staff, responsible for the pursuit, estimation, pre-con planning, and execution phases of healthcare-related design/build projects across several U.S. markets. In addition to day-to-day operations management, the Project Executive will play a key role in leading strategic planning, staffing, and process improvement initiatives related to the growth and development of the Healthcare business. A DAY IN THE LIFE Develop and implement regional and/or national business plan for growth and sustainability in the healthcare market Manage multiple project teams to deliver successful and profitable projects including labor planning, resource allocation, and general operational oversight Oversee pre-construction activities such as soliciting and pre-qualifying new subcontractors/vendors, running pre-construction meetings, value engineering, and estimating Review design documents and verify complete and accurate scopes, identify and resolve design conflicts and missing information by preparing, tracking, submitting, and distributing preconstruction RFI's Lead development of new processes, or refine existing ARCO processes, to ensure effective estimates that drive accurate and profitable proposals specific to healthcare projects Lead proposal meetings with clients/owners to review the scope of work, discuss ways to reduce costs, and provide value engineering ideas Oversee the subcontractor selection and buyout process Conduct progress meetings with Owners and the construction team Seek out and retain both new and existing clients through industry contacts and business development efforts, implementation of customer retention/satisfaction plan, as well as coordination with national business development team NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS BS in Engineering or related field; with minimum of 3.2 GPA 10-15 years of successful healthcare construction project management experience; previous design/build project experience preferred Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite along with Procore, Bluebeam, and/or P6 preferred Ability to travel nationwide as needed MAKE YOUR MOVE We are proud to be one of the fastest-growing, privately-owned companies in America, celebrating over 30 years of experience as design-build experts.
