Clayco is seeking our next great Project Executive to participate in the success of our growing Institutional business unit where you will creatively solves the most complex institutional challenges and delivers higher-ed and healthcare solutions for the world's most innovative companies. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Construction/Engineering/Real Estate related discipline required.
• 8+ Years substantial and broad business experience in Higher Ed, Healthcare and/or government projects, with individual project values ranging in excess of $50 million.
• Proven Project leadership on large scale type projects
• Highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated, honest, and client savvy
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology
• History of developing independent employees and maintaining subcontractor relationships
• Team first attitude
• Strong understanding of construction costs, and cost drivers; in the context of both overall project costs and unit costs/assembly costs.
• Competitive nature/drive, looking to tackle extremely difficult challenges and find a way to succeed through any circumstance.
