Job Description:

As a Project Executive in Austin, you will be responsible for overseeing large-scale construction projects for a Top 5 ENR Firm, ensuring their successful completion on time and within budget. You will play a pivotal role in leading cross-functional teams, managing complex project lifecycles, and driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive project strategies, aligning with overall company objectives.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, ensuring their effectiveness and success.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate.
  • Financial Management: Oversee project budgets, monitor costs, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential disruptions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that projects adhere to high standards of quality and compliance.
  • Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and fostering client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
  • Experience in Healthcare or Industrial/Mission Critical construction projects is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to manage complex projects.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of project budgeting and cost control.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
