About the Role:

We're on the hunt for a skilled Energy Project Development and Finance Associate to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role, you'll be pivotal in supporting the development and financing of renewable energy projects. If you're passionate about renewable energy and have a strong background in project finance, we want to meet you!

Your Mission:

• Support the development and finance of distributed and utility-scale renewable energy projects
• Work with principal financing documentation typical in project financings, including purchase agreements, partnership agreements, and credit agreements
• Handle key commercial project documentation such as development agreements, PPAs, EPCs, site control, and interconnection agreements
• Conduct related due diligence and engage with demanding clients

What You Bring:

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted or eligible for admission in MA, DC, NY, or CA
• At least four years of project finance experience at a law firm
• Recent experience at an AM Law 100 firm is crucial

Additional Requirements:

• Must be a United States citizen or authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
