The Project Interior Designer for Healthcare should be an innovative and creative thinker who is able to lead a diverse team and build lasting relationships with clients in the healthcare market.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formulates designs that are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes.
- Oversees and contributes to interior design contracts and presentation documents in all project phases.
- Effectively builds and maintains relationships with clients.
- Establishes and develops expertise in particular field or area of interior design.
- Oversees and coordinates team of both in-house designers and architects and outside consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Provides mentoring, training, and support to entry and mid-level interior designers.
MUST HAVES:
- Local to Orlando, Florida
- 10 to 12 years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in interior design
- At least 3 years of experience in healthcare

- Ability to plan, organize, motivate, mentor, direct and evaluate the work of others.

- Strong healthcare finish material knowledge and application
- NCIDQ certification preferred.
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Sketch-up, Photoshop
