**Project Management Administrator** **, Schedule Recovery - BWX Technologies, Inc. - Barberton, Ohio**

BWXT is seeking a Project Management Administrator to support with the Schedule Recovery initiative. Successful candidates will have the ability to navigate multiple departments and identify/drive urgent activates to support and accelerate the manufacturing schedule on any components. This individual will work under the supervision and/or direction of the Schedule Recovery Senior PM.

**Responsibilities include:**

+ Drive Top Job activities like daily Gemba walks, action tracking, and weekly goal setting discussions.

+ Document Top Job performance on day shift.

+ Work as a floating resource for Top Job communication and progression.

+ Work with equipment Project Managers to track progress to upcoming milestones and justification for performance.

+ Candidate will be required to work closely with other technical disciplines, as required, to fulfill customer's requests for information and overall contract needs.

**Job Requirements / Qualifications:**

+ 3 years experience in equivalent job with relevant functions.

+ Bachelors Degree in Technical discipline or equivalent experience.

+ Successfully obtaining a security clearance is required.

+ Must be a U.S. citizen and only a citizen of the U.S.
