Responsibilities:

• Assist with project scheduling and coordination.
• Support the project management team in tracking project progress and milestones.
• Participate in project closeout activities, including documentation and final reporting.
• Help manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of project components.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of project management tools and templates.
• Attend project meetings and provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or has completed a Bachelors or Master's degree in Project Management
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
