Job Description:
DescriptionOVERVIEW: The Project Manager is responsible for overall management of the client relationship and the project from development and review of the estimate to project completion and closeout. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage project development from initiation to close.
  • Coordinate and facilitate project kick off and weekly job meetings.
  • Establish customer deadlines as determined by Scope of Work and ensure customer satisfaction with timeliness, accuracy and communication.
  • Make accurate and timely budget projections to meet the needs of the project without exceeding budgetary restraints.
  • Manage communication of expectations for project goals to all internal and external personnel and document actual results.
  • Track project milestones and tasks and report to management.
  • Work closely with subcontractors and employees on job sites and confirm quality and timeliness of work.
  • Work closely with Assistant Project Manager(s) and Project Coordinator(s) to ensure all documents, completion photos and cost trackers are timely and accurate.
  • Be accountable for completing invoicing at end of project completion, accurately and efficiently.
  • Any other responsibilities as required by management.
RequirementsEDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING: •Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four year college or university preferred. •Prefer at least three (3) years' experience with National Retail Customer interface. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: •There are no specific requirements for this position. COMPUTER SKILLS: •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management software.
