Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new product development, process improvement, and other special projects.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams of up to 30 members across multiple departments and locations.
  • Guide new product development from concept to launch.
  • Manage a portfolio of 715 projects simultaneously.
  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Proven experience leading projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with MS Project and SharePoint.
  • Knowledge of various project management methodologies.

Key Duties:

  • Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones and goals are collaboratively set.
  • Facilitate team meetings and activities during the concept, feasibility, design, and production phases.
  • Lead product launch activities and market release strategies.
  • Proactively identify risks, communicate concerns, and propose mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance project management systems, tools, and processes.
  • Train and mentor others in project management best practices.
  • Lead or participate in other large cross-functional initiatives, including site improvements and business process enhancements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost within project processes.
  • Support non-product development continuous improvement activities as needed.
