The studios embrace hybrid work arrangements and prioritize the professional development and growth of their designers, architects, and managers. Position Description: As leaders of multiple project teams, Project Managers oversee the administration, production, and coordination of project documentation while ensuring adherence to project budget and profit goals. They cultivate positive, long-term client relationships, reflecting the firm's business plan and objectives. Project Managers are integral to upholding office policies and procedures, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Align with company's business plan and goals, championing its values.
- Efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering results on time and within budget.
- Report directly to the Managing Principal, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Supervise and mentor project teams, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of relevant building codes, maintaining compliance at all stages.
- Implement company's Guide to Quality Control and Project Management Manual, upholding high standards.
- Prepare accurate project fee proposals and manage project budgets effectively.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness of project deliverables, adhering to schedules and standards.
- Drive business development initiatives, cultivating relationships with existing clients and pursuing new opportunities.
- Participate in RFP interviews, contributing to the firm's growth and success.
Skills & Requirements:
- Knowledge in Revit, proficiency is a preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with various construction delivery methods, including Design/Bid/Build and Design/Build.
- Exceptional knowledge of building codes, ensuring compliance and safety.
- Proven ability to motivate and inspire team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Experienced in construction administration and coordination, ensuring project success from inception to completion.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting profitability goals and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills and capabilities, essential for managing multiple projects effectively.
Education Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required, with preference given to candidates who are California Licensed Architects.
