Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing complex projects within the Clinically Integrated Network (CIN). This critical role involves developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, managing project timelines and resources, and ensuring successful project outcomes. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success, resolve complex issues, provide ongoing support for CIN initiatives, and contribute to the overall goals of the organization.

The ideal candidate possesses strong project management skills, a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Project Leadership: Oversee and manage complex Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) projects from inception to completion. Develop and execute project plans to ensure timely achievement of goals and objectives.
  • Scope and Planning: Define project scope, goals, and objectives. Identify potential challenges and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external teams to facilitate project execution, while building professional relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Communication and Reporting: Prepare and disseminate clear and concise project documentation, including agendas, reports, and meeting minutes. Effectively communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to relevant parties.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve complex project issues to maintain project momentum and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Performance Management: Monitor project performance against established KPIs and adjust plans as needed to ensure project success.

Additional Responsibilities:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree in healthcare or a related
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare projects and the broader healthcare industry.
  • Proven record in successfully managing complex healthcare projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally, with all levels of management.
  • Must be able to work independently and demonstrate initiative as well as critical thinking skills within a fast-paced, ever-changing, start-up environment.
  • Enthusiastic about actively engaging in collaborative efforts with colleagues to contribute towards the growth and success of the company.
  • Prior experience with Smartsheet, Value Based Health Care, or Health Care Quality a plus.
