They provide turn-key service, creating highly customized products- storefronts, railings, canopies, curtain walls, specialized ornamental metal, glass, & film. Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
- At least two years of experience in project management, construction, engineering, systems design, or other related field, with at least one year of management experience leading multidisciplinary project teams required.
- Blueprint Reading a must.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee various aspects of engineering, workflow, budget, field verification and scheduling of the assigned project.
- Supervise progress of the project from start to finish.
- Serve as the liaison for all communications with the client.
- Collaborate with project staff to create a strategic action plan and project estimates of products, time, install labor, and other resources required to complete the project.
- Facilitate and contribute to the development of project plans and designs.
- Compare the actual products of the project to estimates.
- Recommend and/or analyze materials, equipment, and practices used in the project.
- Ensure compliance with codes, guidelines, best practices, and policies.
- Collaborate with project engineers and senior management to identify and troubleshoot problems which arise.
- Assess the competence, capabilities, and sufficiency of resources, and of subcontract installers.
- Manage and communicate requirements for Change Orders to project team and clients.
- Prepare periodic progress reports for leadership.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
