Our team provides services including Creative Design, Project Management, Master Planning, Interior Design, and Structural Analysis and Engineering. We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Project Manager for our Interiors Team based in White Plains, NY.

A DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Manage interior architecture projects from beginning to completion by interfacing with clients and project teams
- Research building codes and local zoning requirements
- Prepare presentation drawings and diagrams to clearly convey design ideas
- Oversee project teams, budget, schedule, and work plans
- Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
- Network and foster relationships with clients and industry professionals
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field, plus 5-10 years of relevant experience, preferrably with the NYC Department of Buildings
- Experience managing project teams, project scope, schedule, and budget
- Must be proficient in Revit
- Experience in standard office software (Photoshop, MS Office Suite etc.)
- Experience in design programs like AutoCAD, Lumion, Sketchup, and/or Enscape is preferred
- Licensure is preferred but not required
