The project manager serves as part of a cross-functional team focused on delivering projects on-time and on-budget from letting to completion. INDOT PM's facilitate work with various levels of engagement depending on the nature and complexity of the work.This position traditionally starts at an annual salary of $59,800.00. Salary for this position may be commensurate with education and job experience.Location:This position is located in INDOT's Crawfordsville area.A Day in the Life:The essential functions of this role are as follows:Manage project team through all phases of project planning, execution, and closeout consistent with established project delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget, and other specified requirements.Complete the scope of work ensuring INDOT's quality, financial, risk management, and policy expectations are met.Review overall work progress and technical performance on the project.Communicate efforts during project delivery to ensure project success.Review and understand all functional (ROW, environmental, design, utility, etc.) requirements to ensure clear expectations and establish predictable workloads.Facilitate cross-functional engagement with design and construction.The job profile is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
