Compu Dynamics sits in the heart of one of the fastest growing data center markets in the country and is a recognized leader in that business. We are excited to be growing and have an immediate need for a Project Manager in Atlanta.

Essential Functions:

Communicates and follows up with clients about specific projects, their goals, and deliverables

Negotiates contract agreements

Prepares written estimates for clients based on labor, materials, equipment, subcontracts and other expenses

Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

Works closely with Sales in market to develop deeper relationships with our clients and partners.

Manages all aspects of the project using Procore.

Visit project sites to evaluate progress and to respond to clients concerns or questions.

Coordinates with suppliers and vendors to ensure our construction teams have the materials they need

Communicates with site superintendents about delays and any other issues that must be communicated to clients

Responsible for maintaining an elevated level of professionalism with clients, vendors and colleagues; works to establish a positive working relationship

Drives throughout service area while following all local laws

Operates vehicles and other equipment safely; adheres to safety protocols; reports hazards and risks; behavior contributes to a safe and secure working environment

Required Education and Experience:

3-5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the data center industry and or large commercial or industrial industry.

Strong understanding of project manager in construction of data center and or commercial or industrial industry

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Office, BlueBeam, Accubid, and Procore).

Drivers License in good standing

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree or Construction Management, Engineering, Applied Science or Architecture field

SCIF Construction experience a plus

Commercial general contractor experience

PMP Certification

Active Security Clearance a plus

Compu Dynamics Pay Range$95,000—$125,000 USD
