Experis is partnering with an Environmental Services company to hire a Project Manager to join their team. This role is based in the Auburn, WA area and will require travel. Reporting to our General Manager, the Project Manager will support the Operations department and act as a liaison with Field and Transportation Support. Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensures adherence to safety and compliance by following policies, processes, and always acting in a safe manner.
- Works with customers to develop and implement solutions to meet their objectives.
- Plans, organizes, and coordinates all project activities.
- Communicates project functions to field teams and customers.
- Directs changes and provides solutions for all field work.
- Capable of building effective schedules for project work.
- Participate in site walks to gain full understanding of project scope.
- Prepares cost estimates for customer projects including the ability to effectively source all (labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, etc.) to meet project objectives.
- Manages project costs and ensures they are within budgetary expectations.
- Reviews employee time sheets and worksheets and ensures accurate invoice and payroll.
- Identifies changing conditions and prepares written change orders.
- Responsible for the submittal of accurate, timely and complete documentation.
- Responsible for the positive financial performance of the project.
- Prepares field reports for all projects and ensures that all pertinent supporting documentation is completed in a timely manner.
- Manages multiple projects and performs other duties as assigned. Assisting with implementing new processes and systems. continuously monitor and suggest modifications when necessary.
Job Requirements:
- College degree and 3-8 total years of construction/environmental experience years, with 3 years managing projects preferred; GED with 7+ years of project experience and demonstrated project management experience.
