    • Lead domestic and international projects through all milestone phases. Construct project timelines, monitor and manage those timelines to achieve all delivery milestones.
    • Facilitate relationship between customer and the organization, strengthening relationship through the life of the project by providing exemplary customer service and communication.
    • Collaborate with team members and managers as a strategic partner to monitor project progress, budget limits, project financials, risks and opportunities, and document and drive action/recovery plans as required.
    • Monitor purchasing and the on-time delivery of materials and contractors.
    • Organize project meetings, issue minutes, track and report project progress with team members, and follow up on action items.
    • Assist in achieving company's strategic objectives by aligning resources with goals and pursuing opportunities that meet the departments' objectives.
      • Bachelors' degree in an Engineering or Business discipline.
      • Minimum of 5+ years of Project Management experience in an automotive manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
      • Knowledge of engineering terms and principals, industrial equipment, automation, process, and commonly used design practices.
      • Experience with manufacturing type contracts, preferably in the machine tool, automation and/or industrial industries.
      • Experience with site management preferred.
      • Must be able to read and interpret documents such as technical drawings and procedure manuals.
      • Basic understanding of accounting and finance principals.
      • Must possess strong oral and written communication, math, and computer skills. MRP/ERP experience; SAP experience preferred.
      • Travel up to20%-30%of the time, sometimes internationally.
