Job DetailsProject Manager (BAS/HVAC Controls) – NYC We are Seeking Project Manager that specializes in HVAC Controls & Building Automation Systems to join our Industry-Leading Firms. We are an Engineering Firm offering a Full Life-Cycle range of services from Project Development, HVAC/BAS Control System Design, Control System Optimization™, Project Integration, Commissioning, Energy Optimization, and Field Engineering Services. Seeking individuals passionate about delivering BAS Optimization, Integration Projects Maximizing Energy Savings & Efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
- 8-10+ years of experience with BAS Project Delivery, BAS Engineering, MEP Design, Commissioning, Retro-Commissioning, or Building Energy Projects.
- Professional Engineer license, preferred Not Required
- Managing and delivering high quality BAS Projects on time and under budget
- Managing a team of high-performing engineering professionals
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis
- Continuous self-improvement and desire to grow into senior management positions as the company grows
Preferred, NOT Required
- DDC Controller Programming, third party device integration with Niagara, BACnet, or Modbus
- Control Systems Programming.
- Working knowledge of NY/NJ Utility Incentive Programs (ConEd, NYSERDA, NJ SmartStart)
