Atlas is currently seeking an Industrial Hygienist 1 to join our growing team in New York City/Manhattan. Come join us!
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Managing all the current contracts with NYCHA,
* Supervise office and field personnel (lead inspectors and risk assessors and field technicians) to ensure compliance with HUD /EPA regulations and NYCHA's Procedures
* Supervise the progress of the work for all assigned lead inspections and remediation sampling on all lead projects
* Provide daily updates on each of the assigned lead projects
* Review and transmit testing results and data
* Prepare, review, correct and submit Final Closeout Reports for final approval
* Attend pre-abatement meetings with the Client
* Review results and data to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, and NYCHA's requirements, prior to be transmitted to the Client
* Perform a quality control review of all correspondence, data and reports to ensure the accuracy, quality and delivery of all required project documents prior to submission.
