Project Manager - Business Systems Specialist (Hybrid Remote)Clearance Requirement: U.S. Citizen eligible to pass a DHS Background InvestigationPosition Description:Network Runners is seeking a Project Manager - Business Systems Specialist to support the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) to provide the Government with acquisition support and to successfully execute the acquisition of a new Learning Management System and support the Government Acquisition Program Office in the development of Acquisition documentation, risk management, and other PM office support.Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop, refine, and/or modify moderately complex information systems requirements.
  • Formulate and define systems scopes and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and government requirements.
  • Work with technical experts and assist in drafting Acquisition Documents, to support non-major acquisition program Acquisition Life Cycle efforts.
  • Manage complex problems through formulating resolutions that are compliant with all Federal, DHS, and Coast Guard acquisition regulations and policies.
  • Cradle to grave program management support that includes extensive development of complex acquisition plans, documents, and strategies to mitigate identified program risks.
  • Devise, refine, and/or modify requirements related to solving problems related to computer equipment capacity and limitation, operating time, and form of desired results.
  • Draft acquisition documentation to support non-major acquisition program Acquisition Life Cycle efforts.
  • Develop senior leadership briefings and responses to senior leadership inquiries including procurement approach and risk management.
  • Excellent communications skills and fluent in both oral and written English.Position Requirements:
  • DOD DHS experience required.
  • 12 years' experience in Project Management and Acquisition Support.
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
