An entertainment organization in New York City is looking to add a new Project Manager - Campaign Management to their growing team in Manhattan. ***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite a 3-4 days a week.*** Responsibilities: The Project Manager - Campaign Management will: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements & management. Coordinate with various teams to ensure a clear understanding of project objectives, deliverables, and milestones and articulating overall project objectives, deadlines & requirements. Manage agency timeline inputs for media placements with enough time to for Production & Creative to execute and deliver, while tracking & managing changes in real time Anticipate potential project roadblocks and proactively implement solutions in real time. Foster a collaborative and creative work environment by facilitating effective communication and teamwork, including setting project milestones for all teams, regular cadence of meetings and reporting to all executives involved. Orchestrate cross-functional teams to integrate all deliverables into broader project goals and align campaign strategies with broader business goals & synergies. Foster & maintain impeccable relationships across the company and establish a clear line of communication for all campaign related elements. Work closely with all departments to develop project budgets; track overall expenses and report out actuals to ensure proper reconciliation of all expenses; work with operations teams to ensure contracts, SOW's & vendor payments are executed on time and upon completion of services; communicate project scopes for creative & production teams. Monitor project expenditures & requests to identify opportunities for cost optimization & cross department synergies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Proven experience as a project manager in a creative or marketing environment. PMP and/or Agile/Scrum certification preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Team player; excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management tools and software; All MSFT 365 products, Airtable. Familiarity with creative processes, systems, workflows, and an understanding of design principles. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Desired Skills: Project Management certification
