Our team is full-service, able to deliver the complete architecture, infrastructure and engineering package, and specializes in the markets of education, government, and manufacturing. We are looking for passionate problem solvers who are eager to collaborate on projects to improve the built environment and the world we live in.The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for ensuring delivery of all project deliverables produced by the assigned team, on time, within budget, in accordance with the firm's quality standards, and to the client's satisfaction primarily working with local government clients. The PM is also responsible for maintaining positive relationships with assigned clients and cross selling all of the firm's services.What does it take to be successful at C2AE as a Project Manager?

Reports to: Project Manager SupervisorDirect Reports: NoneProject Management (65%)
  • The PM will utilize the Company's Project Management system and work closely with project team members for completing projects. Some of the work may include but not limited to:
    • Completes the project summary sheet.
    • Develops and monitors the overall project schedule.
    • Completes the Project Management Plan (PMP).
    • Schedules and conducts project kick-off meetings.
    • Schedules and conducts interim review meetings.
    • Prepares Earned Value Reports.
    • Prepares Project Progress Reports.
    • Sets project success parameters and timelines.
    • Schedules all projects' reviews.
Business Development (30%)
  • Engages with the Market Sector Leader(s) in developing new and current business prospects.
  • Assembles the fees and writing responses for project proposals.
  • Prepares contracts, as assigned, for review, approval and execution by the Executive Team member.
Leadership (5%)
  • Leads project team meetings.
  • Participates in professional organizations to increase firm's exposure.
  • Participates in training and development activities to stay with current with industry.
  • Proactively provides positive to constructive to all team members.
Technical Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or closely related field
  • Professional Engineer License, preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering and/or project management, strongly preferred.
Work Environment:
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
  • Physical dexterity and ability to negotiate around a crowded and busy working office area, and around a crowded and busy working area, including construction sites
