Description

The Project Manager - Civil Construction - Charleston will:

  • Project Planning: Develop project plans outlining scope, schedule, and budget for sitework construction.

  • Coordination: Oversee daily activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget while maintaining quality.

  • Resource Management: Optimize the use of labor, materials, and equipment to enhance efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to align project goals.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations, obtaining necessary permits.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

  • Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and implement cost-saving measures as needed.

  • Quality Assurance: Enforce quality control procedures to meet specifications and standards.

  • Reporting: Prepare status reports detailing project progress, challenges, and changes.

  • Team Leadership: Mentor project team members and foster a collaborative environment.

  • Problem Solving: Resolve issues arising during construction, including conflicts and unexpected site conditions.

Profile

The Project Manager - Civil Construction - Charleston should possess the following qualifications:
